Kleenway Building Maintenance Services has organizational depth, which is supported by well-trained supervisors, area operations managers, and an independent quality control department reporting directly to the President. We provide experienced, well trained and qualified staff of custodians, day porters / matrons, light / heavy duty cleaners, carpet & floor technicians and window cleaning personnel to fulfill every need and request.

We are a professional janitorial company, which does not sell, sublet or subcontract any accounts. From marketing to the smallest detail of cleaning, only fully insured and bonded employees are involved.

Minimum Staffing Guarantee
If our clients’ premises can be cleaned to their satisfaction with fewer personnel, the savings will be passed on to our customer!!
