Who Guides Kleenway Building Maintenance?

Our management team is composed of progressive people who have total understanding of the client’s point of view, their problems and concerns. All Kleenway’s management are professional building cleaning service contractors with direct experience in the cleaning industry. Their combined expertise spans more than 75 years and assures clients that there are few housekeeping problems they have not faced and already solved.

At all our client locations, an open communications link is established.

Information flows in both directions – from customer to site supervisor, to Area/Operations Manager, to VP Operations, to Head Office.

General daily communications

These revolve around a very competent and highly trained Area/Operations Manager. This individual will meet with the site supervisor each day, to co-ordinate all requests, ensuring completion of cleaning schedules, help in setting up daily programs for housekeeping staff, handle and co-ordinate spontaneous requests, as well as meet with the customer representative to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. The ultimate objective being, total customer satisfaction.

Management liaison and input is always available.

Matters arising at any given time that require management input from Kleenway’s Head Office will be attended to immediately or at a scheduled meeting with a customer representative. Subsequent reports are submitted to our client’s office for their perusal.
