Inspections of sites are performed daily, weekly, in addition to random inspections, which are performed by the Quality Control Officer. The information gathered is used to strengthen the quality of service.

At Kleenway Building Maintenance Inc., we understand that Quality Control procedures are integral in maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness.

An independent Quality Control Officer, reporting directly to the President, is responsible for co-coordinating daily building inspections to ensure compliance with Corporate Quality Standards.

A comprehensive Quality Control Program allows us to identify problem areas and take corrective action. It also facilitates the collecting of data used to prepare customer satisfaction reports for Kleenway Building Maintenance management and its clients.
